This pothole makes navigating this busy sidewalk hazardous. Wheelchairs or strollers can get stuck; pedestrians with mobility issues can easily trip and fall.

This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. The sidewalk along the south side of East 10th Street between North Grandview Drive and Bell Trace has not been cleared. It is now very slippery and covered in ice. I had great difficulty walking to work this morning, several days after the snow storm, nearly slipping many times. Addresses where the sidewalk was not cleared are 711 N Grandview Dr, 3840 E 10th St, 3730 E 10th St.

The traffic lights at 10th Street and the Bypass no longer operate the way they used to. Either the sensors no longer work, or the system has been set up in a manner that allows for particularly long waits for cars traveling east or west: left turn signals are triggered whether there are cars needing to turn left or not. The eastbound direction always gets the green light first, regardless of traffic. This always occurs, whether during rush hour or even on Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m. This very inefficient setup is not how they used to function. Why?

On College Mall Road 3 street lights are out (on college mall road itself- city property)- in front of Xfinity, in front of 5 Guys, and in front of Bloomington Hardware Traveling west on College Mall Road (same street) closer to 2nd- a light is strobing- hard to tell which exactly On State Road 45/46 two street lights west of Kinser just before ramp to freeway (near prior road construction site), 2 street lights are out

Multiple street lights are out in Fritz Terrace neighborhood. Several are out on Parkview Dr, as well as the light at Winding Way and Kingsley. There may be others out as well.

Blue and white 'S.O Industries Hiring' sign in the grass next to the road in front of the Tracks Music & Videos store at 415 E Kirkwood. Interestingly enough, they list the same phone number, 821-720-3055, as on the white and black Help Wanted signs, which are still all over town.
