#166419 Drainage or Runoff: Other: Hello, I am a property owner in the shadow creek subdivision and wish to file an anonymous complaint against the owner of the property at 1527 s andrew circle. I could not figure out how to manipulate your location map above so please ignore that address. I am building a house on the adjoining lot and am concerned about the serious flooding every time it rains. It has gotten worse since additional dirt has been added to the lot , and since i last reported the problem to the city last summer. Please see the picture attached and make a drive by for yourself to verify. It may overflow its banks tonight with the heavy rain that is predicted. It could flood my basement and the downhill neighbor potentially. But more important to the neighborhood and the city are the potentials for mosquitoes and even children or animals getting hurt in there. It should be an easy fix for the builder to rework the dirt he put in there to fill in the low spots and raise the grade for natural gravity drainage until he actually builds a house there. Thank you for your prompt attention to the issue . It seems to have been ignored after my previous complaint which was before the previous owner(developer ?) sold it. Tree down across Olcott Blvd near Moores Pike entrance

We are the 1556 S. Andrew Circle, Bloomington residents. This dead tree belongs to the City and it happened to be located right in front of our house. It really hurts our neighborhood’s green environment. We are encouraged to notify the City in order to remove or replace this Dead Tree ASAP. We tried several calls within the last three weeks, but no one really knows where we need to report. Finally we were asked to contact Mr. LEE from your forest department. But He neither answer our phone call nor response to our messages. We are very upset with Lee’s irresponsible attitude. If this is not his responsibility, he needs to call us and let us know who will be the right person to call. His ignorance to residents’s request is not acceptable. We are forced to write this email and hope City will pay attention to it. There is no too small things can be ignored if City really takes its responsibility. Hope to hear from you soon. They have cut into and filled the north bound lane of Rogers at the construction entrance to switchyard park 3 times and it’s worse than ever this time and I’m going to blow a tire. Even it out! They are pouring concrete everywhere anyway!

There are two storm pipes located just north of the IMI concrete facility on Rogers, directly across the street from the warehouse. One storm pipe appears to be mostly blocked by debris (lumber, branches, some plastic and other trash). The second pipe is mainly blocked by a large dam of branches. Water is slowly flowing over the dam and draining through the southern pipe. Yesterday, 04 Feb, the water level appeared to be approximately 6 inches above the makeshift dam.

There is a cut out across both lanes of Rogers Street in front of the switch yard construction that is pretty significant, but seems worse when heading north.

On Rogers along the Switchyard property the road is getting pretty beat up in the northbound lane. In one spot, the entire side of the road bed has fallen away. This is dangerous because it's where cyclists ride towards the outside of the lane. North of that damage, there is a grouping of pot holes forming that are getting pretty bad. These all need fixed ASAP.
