All the scooters in the city I consider to be abandoned on a minute by minute basis blocking handicapped ramps; rail trails; store fronts etc
Vehicle does not run and has been abandoned right up next tip the front door of my apartment for 3 months. Owners do not reside at this residence.
re: case #169222. Gov Holcomb signed HB 1236 into law, requiring motorists to provide 3 feet of clearance when passing cyclists. It seems as if there possibly was a violation here with the Crider and Crider truck passing too closely. It would be great if the police were aware of and can begin enforcing this law. Thanks.
We just received an email at IU saying that we should be using the sidewalk on 10th st from the bypass to range rd in our kubota and other atv's. This seems completely wrong, and at odds with encouraging biking and walking in an already troubled area. Please advise if there is an official policy on this.
I had reported this before and was rudely dismissed. I understand game day traffic, but it has never been like it was Saturday night. I was stuck in traffic for 45 minutes and had to walk on foot for 15 just to get to my apartment. Every street that ran north/south was blocked off by extremely rude officers. None of which had any type of flashlight or beam to direct drivers. I was put at risk by being forced to walk home alone at night and that is unacceptable. That could have very easily turned into something bad, just because local traffic could not turn onto south walnut. This is unacceptable. There is no reason it should take me 45 minutes just to get 15 minutes away from my apartment. there have been other game days where there has been no issue getting from the tailgating fields to my apartment on 20th street.
Habitat for humanity is blocking the entire neighborhood. I came home from running errands and can’t park in front of my own house.
I witnessed a man getting sucker punched in front of blue bird nightclub shortly before 12;30am on June 22. Officer 67 arrived within a few minutes and placed handcuffs on the man who was sucker punched. I immediately told officer 67 that I saw the perpetrator walk down the alley, but officer 67 told me to get back and would not listen to me... while I was watching the perpetrator walk down the alley. Other witnesses were also telling officer 67 the perpetrator was getting away. Officer 67 acted emotionally in arresting the victim. It was wrong. I could identify the perpetrator. Can someone please do something about the extremely loud stereo system currently playing near the intersection of 7th and Grant? It is extremely disruptive.
There are two men passed out on the sidewalk on Kirkwood outside the Graduate Hotel
