Referring to case #170992, the issues reported in that case are problems that I have also reported for the area of Oolitic Dr between the 800s and W. 11th St. Not only can the structure and design of N. Oolitic Dr not handle heavy construction equipment, but it can't handle the increased work traffic in general. Once the traffic increases exponentially due to the new apartments, it's going to become a true mess. We all ask that N. Oolitic Dr be reconstructed with sidewalks on both sides up against curbs, street lights, shared bike lane painting, crosswalk painting, fixed drainage at W. 12 St, new heavier duty road surface, and a little more respect and dignity given to our street and our Forest Homes Addition neighborhood. After all, this will only add to the appeal of Union at Crescent Point. Please pass both this and Tony Nunn's report to Adam Wason as well. Thank you.

I tried to submit this report on 10/30/2019, but I am not sure that it went through. On the morning of 10/30/2019, a City of Bloomington pickup truck ran a red light in front of me at the intersection of 3rd and Indiana. The incident was captured on my dash cam. I have uploaded the video to this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJm5JdMn2Hk&feature=youtu.be I debated about whether to report this or not, but as someone that works in public safety, I decided it was important to report. After running the light, the person stopped at a gas pump at the Circle K station and presumably bought gas. So there should be a corresponding gas receipt. The video has the date and time stamp for your reference.

I would like to put in a request for street lights, hopefully in a contemporary style (crosses fingers), along N. Oolitic Dr from W. 11th to W. 12th. Along W. 12th from Oolitic to Lindbergh. I'm doing research on the workforce of Bloomington and I was wondering if you had information on whether the city government workers and/or the county government workers were Unionised and if so what Union they are with. If theres any more information you can provide for example if the Monroe County School Corporation.

Referencing case #170526...if Renwick gets their City trees trimmed, then we would like the same for our neighborhood. Please begin along Hancock Dr on the opposite side of the road from the park, continue up to Lindbergh and turn left. Continue down the right side. Turn left on W. 12th and then trim alongside the City alley between Oolitic and Lindbergh. As much of this overgrowth, particularly along Hancock, has obscured signs, it would be very helpful. Hello, I live in Bloom Apartments, which is owned by Hunter Bloomington Property Group. Last week, I received this letter announcing a bark park, along with the image at the bottom. I found out that the property group only installed a gate to block vehicles and one on the sidewalk for pedestrians, but have no other enclosures surroudning. I think this is misleading to call it a bark park, when every instance of a bark park or dog park I can find means it has an fenced-in area for dogs to roam. The way they worded this along with the image of the entrance gate makes it seem like it's enclosed. When I called, the representative didn't seem interested or concerned, even when I asked if they could sent a follow-up email clarifying how the space isn't enclosed. My main worry is that dog owners may not know the bark park isn't enclosed, and could lose a dog or have it hit by a vehicle being so close to main roads. Thank you, Vincent Holloway

Accessibility issue on E. 6th Street sidewalks, behind the public library. Where the library's driveways cross the sidewalk, the wheelchair areas are very narrow and uneven. Is this something the city will replace, or is it up to the library?
