A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. People, and especially Uber/Lyft drivers park right at the stop sign at the intersection of 18th St and N Dunn St by Evolve Apartments and double park along 18th St all of the time and this creates a huge issue for traffic traveling on the street.
