On Range Rd., just north of 10th St., there is a dangerous, unmarked lump caused by the recent underground horizontal drilling project in that area. There was a similar lump caused by the same project at the entrance to IU's Cyberinfrastructure Building and Stone Belt, but it was repaired quickly upon much internal complaint. This lump on Range Rd. nearly caused me to lose control of my motorcycle. Hopefully it can be marked immediately, and repaired soon.

Northbound Patterson at 2nd Street has been malfunctioning for a week now. Intermittently it doesn't turn green for several cycles. Traffic backs up to Allen St.
Southbound Patterson will get all green, but northbound will only get a flashing yellow left turn arrow. Cannot believe that this has been going on for week.

Why would the City ban scooters at night? Guessing for alcohol reasons but a ban is not the answer. We don't ban cars from the roads at night. Enforce against problems, require adequate light, etc. but why should workers of overnight shifts and others be punished needlessly. Ducking a problem is not solving a problem.

This (see photo) is the line of sight when attempting to turn from Orris Drive onto W. 11th Street. You have to put the entire from end of your car out in the road to see around this overgrowth to see if 11th is clear to turn out. It is obviously dangerous for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians.
