Is it possible to search the city council meeting minutes? They don't seem to be included in search results.
This is on a utility pole behind my house at 319 N Dunn St. The pole is located on the south side of 8th St. between Dunn and Grant. It's right next to the small parking spot in my back yard (there's normally a black Subaru Forrester parked there). When I noticed it last night, it was swinging back and forth in the wind. I know absolutely nothing about electrician stuff, but I'm worried that this is an exposed wire from the utility lines that could hurt someone.

I parked my car downtown on Sixth Street today near the library, then realized I couldn’t open my door because scooters were parked too close. I moved to another space and starting walking to the library, when I saw a woman get out of her car and move scooters out of her reserved parking space in the lot at Sixth and Lincoln. The scooters are a nuisance, and they look junky. Whatever good they may bring to Bloomington is far outweighed by the numerous injuries and a downtown with scooters blocking sidewalks, entrances and parking spaces. They should have been banned shortly after these companies dropped hundreds of them on our sidewalks without even the courtesy of an advance warning.
Someone painted BPD must end ICE holds on fence on B-line trail at Third, adjacent to Vectren
There are several potholes along W Fairington Dr, S Fairington Dr, and S Rayle Pl from traffic turning off/on W Tapp Rd. The street honestly just needs to be repaved at this point.
Please clarify the new parking regulations. Can I park in the surface lots for free on Saturday and Sunday? i.e. 4th and Lincoln. The library website says that these lots are 24/7 and the city website indicates they are free after 5 pm on weekdays and free on the weekend. Which is correct?
