Juanita‘s restaurant has recently installed two of these LED security lights illuminating their parking lots. They produce at least 20,000 lm each. I live a block away, And I can literally read a newspaper from the light that comes through my window. I believe the luminosity of these lights is in violation of city code for lumens per acre.
There are construction materials and waste strewn in the yard can be clearly seein from alley
The manhole cover for the sewer on W 7th Street close to Elm is not secured. I stepped on it and it moved under me and I almost fell in the hole.
Sidewalk flooded
Sidewalk is impassable when it rains.
The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.
