When we have a large rainfall, raw sewage bubbles out of my in-laws front yard. They are at the lowest point of the sanitary sewer line by the sewer lift pump. This only happens after a large rainfall. The issue is backflow from the sewer main. Their front yard clean out plug becomes the overflow valve for the neighborhood sanitary sewer. They have had their sewer line inspected and the issue is not a back-up from the house to the street. I walked through a stream of human waste and toilet paper that was bubbling up in their front yard and running down their driveway towards North Walnut this morning. There seems to be a communication between the storm and the sanitary sewers leading to a release of raw sewage in my in-laws front yard that poses a health risk. This has happened three times this spring and poses a health risk. This needs to be repaired correctly.

On the south side of Winslow at the west side of Piccadilly there has been progressive erosion where the drain pipe goes under Piccadilly. Whenever we get a strong rain for five or ten minutes the ditch backs up on the east side of Piccadilly and does not flow freely under the road. The erosion mentioned has noticeably progressed this year and if left unabated the road will eventually be at risk of breaking at its edge. Also, be aware that the heavy rains flood the east side ditch and form a pool over the sidewalk which also spills out onto Winslow. We can see this from our home. There is a terrible smell coming from what appears to be a storm sewer retention pond in the lot next to 302 S. Cory Ln (Advance Auto Parts) The smell becomes stronger on hot days and almost has a natural gas smell to it. Can you please send someone to investigate this issue.

Huge pothole in the gravel alley which is the extension of Davis Street west of Walnut. A car could get seriously damaged, or even stuck, trying to drive over it.

Greetings. The drain at Jackson and 14th is blocked in a very solid way. Also, the drain at Fairview and 15th street is in a similar state. There are a lot more in that area due to it being on the descent of the floodplain. Thank you.

All the storm drains on Woodlawn south of Hunter are clogged. IF it rains, the water will flood the streets

Two of the drains in the same block of Woodlawn (between 2nd and Hunter) are blocked with leaves. I don't live there, just noticed on a recent walk.

Drainage channel near 10th and Fairview is clogged with debris from recent flooding events. It needs to be dug out to allow water to drain and avoid breeding mosquitoes. Location is halfway between Fairview and the path connecting Butler Park to the B line.

The drain in the back corner of the dermatologist parking lot. The drain is missing 2 rungs. My wife fell when she accidentally stepped in the hole.
