The riser is damaged on our water meter pit at 1000 S. Madison. We called you guys about it several months ago (3 or 4). We were told it would be addressed asap and a CBU safety leg frame was put up over it (see attached photo). However, nothing has been done since and this is a bit of an eye sore. Will you please schedule someone to either come repair this or to just come retrieve your leg frame, as I am not happy with how it looks in my yard. There is no leakage in this house. Is there something you can do to check on the faulty meter?

Several water meters have been sitting on the sidewalk between 1034 and 1046 S. Colchester Ct. for the past two months since CBU’s contractor came through installing smart meters. Will someone come to get these?

This is a 3rd time this has been reported. We turned on the irrigation system for Brighton Pointe Sign today and it would appear there is a trickle on the city side of the meter. This needs to be fixed. At this point it does not seem to be registering as water used for Brighton but it should be fixed so as not to waste water.
The leak is before the meter, maybe why the City didn’t locate it before? It isn’t making the meter run, but wasting water.

Last year the water meter was replaced in the street on Eastside Drive. Since that time the water pressure in the house has decreased significantly. I have called numerous times for the utilities to come and fix the problem to no avail. I've received no response.
Last week, we had a rental inspection at the house and was told the water pressure needed fixed in order to pass inspection. Is there anyone available that can look at the problem that is not in the house, but in the street? Help us please!!! Thank you!!!

We heard a noise last night and thought it was our furnace making sounds. We turned off the furnace this morning and the noise still happened. We contacted our HVAC person and he went in the crawl space and turned off the water by the edge of the house. The noise stopped. He then went and checked all our spigots and didn't notice any leaking. He then went to the street and noticed that there was water running from the street spigot. He got a wrench and turned off the water from the street and there was water overflowing in the container. The water has been running for at least all night that we know of. We don't ever turn off the water from the street, so don't know what happened. Also, we do not want to be charged for this excess water that we never used. Thank you. I am not sure if this is in relation to the new build next to us at 1110 S. Covenanter Drive.
