Tree needs trimmed. You can't walk down the sidewalk.
Sidewalk covered with snow/ice
Landscape plot should either be brought up to sidewalk grade or have a tree grate. This is a pedestrian hazard.
2 cars parked blocking the sidewalk.
There is still trash all over the street and frontage of 223 N Morton St. Residents of the building continually throw trash (beer cans/bottles, liquor bottles and fast food containers) along the sidewalk and on top of the red canopy over the big rack in front of unit 208. There are cans and bottles on top of the structure that blow off onto cars and into the street causing a hazard to pedestrians and motorists. There are smashed bottles/ broken glass all near the alleyway. This is unacceptable and must be dealt with. The city has been notified multiple times.
The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below. When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can other job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.
Shrub and tree on the north side of the property need to be pruned as they are taking over the sidewalk.
