Kingston Manor Apartments trash site: Pooling water an issue, Mosquito hazard present as well as unsanitary. A real eyesore with pooling water and broken fence. This apartment management needs to correct this issue that has been ongoing for years. If the trash trucks cause the pooling, then correct the pavement and repair the fence.

We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.

Re reports #187256 and #187257, these were closed as “city does not maintain county lot”. Okay, but now the Monroe County does not have to abide by city laws when they are located in city limits? This is cause for concern as the excessive dirt and debris cause damage which those laws in place are made to prevent. As well, it also gets washed into the storm system which is a huge concern! So it is okay for the County to have street signage lodged in a stormwater grate right near the southeast corner of the parking lot? This hurts the flow of water and again has impacts on the stormwater system.

Attn Barry Collins, hello, this is Robyn Griffith and I want to report Jessica Morrow, Doug Klyn, Morgan Gilreath and James Tussey for manufacturing meth on my property without my knowledge and pouring it down my toilet, breaking my new outside gas line, feeding me chili with worm vot and feces and theft of my US Air pay card and funds and Ernie Wright having my water turned off refusing reconnect all by criminal gang techniques. Walking by 419 Highland Street I have noticed water being discharged from a pipe leading from the house to the street. It appears to be intermittent so I suspect it is from the washing machine. Based on the staining and algae in the street I suspect that it has been going on for some time.

As commonly done when the storm drain is cleaned they dump the debris into the yard which ends up killing the grass I was told that when they clean the drains they're supposed to take the debris with them. I'd appreciate it if they would I've been fighting keeping grass growing here and when the water goes fast if there's no grass growing it takes the topsoil. Thank you
