2 motorhomes and 5 cars parked in driveway. 1 motorhome is broken, and has not moved in over 4 years. Violates Code 15.4.020. Vehicle is over 3 models old, mechanically inoperable, on private property visible from public property (city sidewalk), for more than 20 days.
A scooter has been parked on the sidewalk in front of my house, blocking the sidewalk, and making my yard mowing task more difficult. Another scooter has been left on the sidewalk 2 doors from me, and has been there for a week.
This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. Owner has made no attempt to dispose of fallen leaves, or any dead yard waste (limbs, flora, broken fence materials, tree logs). The leaves grow and spread fungus and disease. The trees lining the public street and sidewalk, have been affected by this fungus, and have disease and pests. THe Bton leave collection program, cleaned up High Street, on 12/14/2020, and this property did not have leaves collected into a pile along the curb for collection. 6.06.020 ordinance violation
In the Westpointe subdivision, the sidewalk on the East side of Larkspur has never been completed. Also the sidewalk on the East side of Adams has not been completed to connect to the walk near the Youth Services building. When can we expect to have completed sidewalks in our neighborhood. We’ve been here 30 years and they’ve never been finished. Thank you?

Just today, I noticed a 4, maybe 5 year old ridding his/her bike down 10th St., and the parents walking along seemed 'forced' to help child off bike, then "lift" bike onto sidewalk. As I use a walker, and to gain access to the BT 'stop'. I feel it best someone contact the BHA (Barrington Homeowners Association and enforce city laws of/for which they claimed to be "exempt" from, although I very much disagree. I consider this/them to be a well justified part of the City of Bloomington. IF asked/requested, I will take a picture of possible curb-cut or ramp sites.
Kilroy’s has placed a sandwich sign and tables on the sidewalk in front of the bar, narrowing the path. The tables are folded up and maybe are being used as barriers, not for dining, but they are blocking the path. Thanks.
Retaining wall is collapsing on NW corner of property and has fallen into the sidewalk preventing pedestrian and wheelchair passage.
No sidewalk available when turning left onto 10th Street off of N. Smith Road. I often come close to getting hit by cars when walking a short-section on this part of 10th Street that has no sidewalk on either side. As a disabled person, I find this even more frustrating. Please consider installing sidewalk on the South-side of 10th Street on this section (on the back-side of the self storage facility on N. Smith Road, that may vbe seen from 10th Street). Thank you.
