This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much. I am physically disabled live alone. Moved to this (section 8) reside in November. I am unable to mxnsg the parts to my disability. So my rhuematologist submitted a letter stating g my issues s the employees sh do the trash/ recycle CARTS will bri g them back to.my yard/porch sftrvesch pickup. To date this has been done once! I get caretakers who do so for me often but in the event they forget or I do not get one my trash/ recycling carts sit at the road risking causing harm to other motorist if fall over. Which oftentimes happens to I am on a slope/hill. The manager might hold me in lease viol as well!

I really don't want to cause trouble with neighbors I actually fear doing so but there's one on my street that seem to let their dog lose. I'm physically disabled and legally blind. Have a 19 year cat gas health problems too. Is considered a esa as well. I take outside on leash. I'm not only concerned for her but myself. The dog ran over to me when outside once. Jumped on me. The people yelled for it but did no act quickly. It ran back to them but came back jumped on me again. My cat loves being outside so tries to get out on own. She did once. I was able to get her in quickly but if that dog had been out it may have killed her. If this happens I don't think I'll be able to handle it! Please, investigate. Thank you

The noise from a constant flow of dump trucks and motorcycles is intolerable. The streets and walking paths are now coated with dirt and sand that washes out from around the street lights, gravel, road trash that requires CONSTANT removal and mostly from the dirt that comes out from uncovered dump trucks servicing the Trinitas project. Our rental house sits close to the road where the noise level is unacceptable. The retaining walls cause even more noise than before. We need some speed and noise control, please. Aren't there weight limits for residential streets? Semitrucks and trailers and full dump trucks do not belong on residential streets do they? I thought that's what "highways" were for.

Map says 1600 but actual address is 1514. Overgrowth from tree obscuring stop sign. I believe this is a City tree but not sure.

The map says 1600 W 11th but the actual address is 1514. It's the northwest corner of the intersection. It hasn't been mowed in months and violates the city growth ordinances. Please do something about this. Thank you.

The part of Lindbergh between 15th and 17th that has been left unfinished for a few years is becoming more treacherous. Only one lane is passable, but it is a two-lane road. There are deep potholes along the road and there is plant growth that needs to be cut so that the northbound lane is useable when there is a car in the southbound lane. Please fix the issues asap.

Lindbergh, between 11th St. and 17th St. has been left unfinished for years. It is a disaster to drive on, and the portion from 15th St to 17 St is basically a one-way lane as there isn't room for 2 cars using each lane. And now there is plant growth that is impeding the lane heading north to make the street even narrower. I see it is highlighted on the map of scheduled projects, but it isn't listed in the list for scheduled projects. It really feels like it has been forgotten. Please follow up on it and finish it.
