It’s bad enough we have to pass a dumpster with the trash everywhere but in the dumpster at 1450 Willis Dr. It’s downright disrespectful to break glass outside my van tires and not even knock to let me know before I drive over it. I have it on camera the sanitation department just leaving broken glass on the ground around the back tires of my van. We pay way to much in taxes and rent to live in filth. It’s appalling that nothing gets done. I am considering showing the news the dumpster at 1450 and the trash riddled around 1600 n Willis if we can’t do better. Just bc we’re in a poor community doesn’t mean we deserve to live in garbage.

I am not sure whether to be concerned or not. I see ticket 183241 has been closed. It is a redo of ticket #183212. My concern is that in the tracking entries, the address was changed to 529 N Plymouth Road which is not my address. My address is 553 N Plymouth Road a few houses down. If you look at the entries on Ticket #183241 and the sequence of entries, the address is changed in the comments. Please advise.

Frank Marshalek walks his large dog off leash through the neighborhood every single day. The dog goes onto people's property, including my porch, and also approaches other dogs. I am terrified of dogs and request someone address this, as he has refused to do so when asked.

Hello, I submitted #183212 and received an email saying there was not address. Part of completing the form asks for an address so I don't know what happened. The address is 553 N Plymouth Road, Parkridge East, Bloomington, IN The access from the street to my driveway is breaking down and needs repair. Again, the address is 553 N Plymouth Road. The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? I filed a Ureport months ago, and the problem was partially fixed. The high-intensity white flashing lights on top of the building are no longer on when I sleep. The jumbo screen is still on though throughout the night. I have gone to the VERVE twelve times about this jumbo screen flashing into my room when I try to sleep. They always tell me the settings have it where it is suppose to turn off at 9:30 PM, when the rooftop closes. I remind them that the settings aren't doing as they say, and they tell me they will fix it. Management says they use an app to adjust the hours of the jumbo screen, so I cannot comprehend why they still cannot fix the time setting considering how user friendly and simple the app is. I have lived at State Bloomington (next to the VERVE) for two years. The VERVE was done being built in August, and since then I have lost tremendous amounts of sleep over their rooftop lights. If a Bloomington official could please end this problem permanently I would be incredibly grateful. I cannot keep losing sleep over this because it is messing my mental health up and making me tired every day.

This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much.
