Parking Meters and Citations

200 S Washington ST

Case Date:
2/3/2020

Hello, today I parked a little down the street from my work today, at Da Vinci’s Pizza and Pasta. I put 30¢ into the meter before I left my car because I was planning on being back almost immediately. A few things came up while I was at Da Vinci’s, causing me to stay a bit longer than the original plan. As I was walking towards my car, I saw the parking officer already writing this ticket. I apologize for taking a bit longer than I planned, but is there anyway in which I could appeal this ticket.

Parking on Unimproved Surface

At the intersection of Henderson and 2nd St., at night there has consistently been a parked car in the yellow area on Henderson the east side of the intersection. it makes it dangerous at the stoplight because there is no place for 2 cars to fit so drivers are focusing on that; however, pedestrians are often times at this intersection, causing additional distraction and increased risk for accident.

Blocked Street

930-1234 N Crescent Rd, Bloomington, Indiana, 47404

Case Date:
1/28/2020

Cresent road, the detour for 17th street was blocked by a semi this morning. The 17th street construction is ridiculous by the way. There is no reason for it to have taken almost a year. That construction company should have been fired a long time ago for the amount of time it is taking.
