Using the MyBloomington website, ( https://bloomington.in.gov/mybloomington/ ) It would be helpful to list the historic designation per the SHARD for houses both in and out of historic districts. (i.e. C / Contributing, NC / Non-Contributing, O / Outstanding, etc.) and linked to a page that explains WHAT THAT MEANS in terms of modifications to the outsides of houses, whether or not that structure is in an historic district. Many homeowners come before the Historic Preservation Commission angry and uninformed. Consult with the HPC Program Manager, Noah Sandweiss, on what to put in these blurbs - it changes based on whether the property is in a district, as well which district it is in. while attempting to report a malfunctioning traffic light (which I subsequently did on my laptop) to Ureport on my iphone SE, the screen does not scroll down far enough (well, it does, but doesn't stay long enough to:) press "next" after typing in contact information. (looks like step 3 in process of reporting) Changing screen orientation does not solve problem.

Just today, I noticed a 4, maybe 5 year old ridding his/her bike down 10th St., and the parents walking along seemed 'forced' to help child off bike, then "lift" bike onto sidewalk. As I use a walker, and to gain access to the BT 'stop'. I feel it best someone contact the BHA (Barrington Homeowners Association and enforce city laws of/for which they claimed to be "exempt" from, although I very much disagree. I consider this/them to be a well justified part of the City of Bloomington. IF asked/requested, I will take a picture of possible curb-cut or ramp sites.

This morning around 7:00 -7:30 while on my morning walk I had two mishaps with regard to the construction work around or near the 4th st. fire station. First, crossing Kirkwood st. A dump truck (Young construction) decided to cut me off at the pedestrian crossing at Kirkwood and Dunn st. Next, a large loader (Milestone Construction) decided to back up without looking. I was on the sidewalk all the time and was within inches of getting KIlled. I yelled very loud and the operator heard over the machine and stopped. I do not believe I should have such experiences with just a simple walk. I have noticed over many weeks that this project is a slip-shod operation with a lack of management. Perhaps IOSHA needs to be alerted. Ken Bartell

There are a number of trees down between the starry view entrance to rca park trail and the summit elementary entrance- thought it was just one, but it seems like 3-4 larger trees blocking the path

: on college mall road in front of five gys resturant, when who ever mows there always leaves the grass in the road along college mall road. it clogs up the sewer drains there . it tends to flood the sometimes.
