I have called 2 times to get these 2 separate line of sight safety issues resolved. I have also filed a previous uReport case # 172894. However nothing has been done to resolve these 2 issues. I even included photos on original uReport. So I will file another uReport. The first public safety traffic issue is at the T-intersection of Allen Street and Bloomfield Rd. as you approach Bloomfield Rd. and are looking to your right. This intersection has bushes/small trees/over growth ect... and blocks your view completely. The second issue with line of sight public safety traffic hazard is when you exit Hilltop Court Apts. 1305 West Allen St. and look to your right and again your line of sight is blocked by over growth both these areas especially the first one needs trimmed way back so this problem doesn't come right back in 30 days. I am curious as to why no one has even returned a call to my cell or emails me back with the resolution ect.. Rest assured I will continue to pursue this up the ladder until it is resolved. At the intersection of Circle Dr and Ruby lane, 8 large plots of very tall decorative grass, along the Ruby Lane side of the property at 1717 Circle Dr, block the view of oncoming traffic from the east. These need to be removed.

There are two utility lights on either side of my property that are LEDs and they are so bright they shine in mine and my neighbors windows disrupting our sleep and other activities! They need to be changed to one of the amber dimmer street lights!

The sun is out of compliance with the city ordinances. I reported it a year ago and then an early summer. You told me they were appealing and I haven't heard anything back. It's an obnoxious monstrosity coming into the gateway of Bloomington and if you can't enforce the rules for a big sign, why are you enforcing them on little businesses? What's going on here!

Is there a maximum wattage/brightness for a flood light in town? Neighbor is blinding us with an extreme extreme flood light at nights. Major light pollution.

Along the north edge of property where the alley intersects Grant and under the junipers, there is an old, metal fence with a single stretch of barbed wire at the top. This is alongside a public alley, so the barbed wire should not be there, as per City Code 14.36.030 - "Barbed wire fences". It would suffice if the offending wire were removed.

I filed a Ureport months ago, and the problem was partially fixed. The high-intensity white flashing lights on top of the building are no longer on when I sleep. The jumbo screen is still on though throughout the night. I have gone to the VERVE twelve times about this jumbo screen flashing into my room when I try to sleep. They always tell me the settings have it where it is suppose to turn off at 9:30 PM, when the rooftop closes. I remind them that the settings aren't doing as they say, and they tell me they will fix it. Management says they use an app to adjust the hours of the jumbo screen, so I cannot comprehend why they still cannot fix the time setting considering how user friendly and simple the app is. I have lived at State Bloomington (next to the VERVE) for two years. The VERVE was done being built in August, and since then I have lost tremendous amounts of sleep over their rooftop lights. If a Bloomington official could please end this problem permanently I would be incredibly grateful. I cannot keep losing sleep over this because it is messing my mental health up and making me tired every day.

guy dragracing down e morningside just now revving up and going. seems happens more when weather gets nicer. hasn't much this year yet but has in the past. police know but calming like a speedhummp would do wonders. thank you
