Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week. I am following the new requirements for recycling. Week after week they go by and won't empty my kart. I've got surveillance video of them not even opening the lid at times. Also I've asked politely for an extra waste kart or a larger one. They never return my calls nor do they even acknowledge my request. I have a family of 6 and we consume a lot of trash. So I sometimes overflow the kart and they will dump in and then charge me 10 dollars per bag and also charge me a fee for items outside the can. They obviously don't like me. I just don't want to have bags outside my cans throughout the week. Ive asked over and over and over and nothing. So im left to this option. Can you please take action and help me. Thank you

collection truck seems to have knocked over my trash bin but not taken away my trash (mostly baby's used diapers!). What do I do?

Trash pickup crews left neighborhood trash on my property. Looks like When the neighbor left their trash out, stacked sky high out of their trash cans, some animals must have gotten into it and spread trash everywhere. Please send someone to clean this up, as it is not my trash, my fault, or my responsibility. Thanks.

A few weeks back I had an issue with my trash can not being emptied. I was contacted and told that it was a "new trainee" problem. Well, today's trash was not emptied fully again, so more training is clearly required. We have 3 extra people living here because of the pandemic, so I can't store trash that the city won't collect.
