At the Atwater & Mitchell intersection Atwater becomes two-way going east towards High Street. Before the recent resurfacing of Atwater there was a painted arrow on Atwater Street just before Mitchell to warn drivers they had to turn left onto Mitchell.
I have seen drivers on multiple occasions recently continuing on Atwater after crossing Mitchell driving on the wrong side of the road.
Painted arrows and signs would be helpful at this intersection. Thank you.

Signal at corner of South Walnut Pike and Rhorer Road (when driving south) appears to be out. Drivers must wait for another driver traveling north on South Walnut Pike to come and turn on to Rhorer Road to trigger the signal. That signal is working.

several stop lights take to long to change. 2nd and Paterson, Paterson and Fairview 1 Minuit and 45 seconds. Other lights on Paterson are on timers instead of the sensors. Paterson and Fairview coming out of Catalent you have about 10 seconds to get threw it before it changes red again.

The walk signals do not come up anymore. It is a constant red hand and there are no buttons to select a walk signal. Many pedestrians use this intersection and not having a clear signal to alert drivers is creating a dangerous condition.

Why haven’t the cross walks been installed at Hillside/Moore’s pk and High Street?

About 5 minutes ago the traffic light was stuck on red in seemingly all 4 directions at the intersection of 17th and Madison/Kinser. One direction (east) may have had flashing red lights. We were all stuck for some time before people started going as if the lights were flashing red on all sides.
