Traffic pattern change at 3rd and Mitchell near campus makes turning west onto 3rd street very dangerous. To pull up far enough to see westbound traffic you are looking out the back windows of the car and can't actively be watching for pedestrians walking east. Also, when cars turn east onto 3rd from Mitchell it completely blocks the view of oncoming traffic for those wanting to turn west onto 3rd.

Hi, I was almost hit by another car from narrowed right lane after city done the s college mall rd/E Moores Pike project. Can you put up a clear sign telling the drivers "right lane must turn Right" from S sare rd to S college mall rd to avoid possible accident? Thanks

There is a very dangerous vehicular traffic pattern on S Woodlawn Ave between Sheridan Dr and E Hillside Dr, especially near the Grimes & Woodlawn and Weatherstone & Woodlawn intersections. There is a blind hill on Woodlawn that greatly decreases visibility for everyone. North @ south-bound vehicles on Woodlawn regularly break the speed limit by 20+ MPH and have even seen estimated speeds of 70+ mph. Sometimes vehicles "floor it" on Woodlawn southbound from Sheridan Ln stop sign. The city should consider installing a STOP sign on Woodlawn @ Grimes intersection to decrease the speed of North & South-bound traffic on Woodlawn Ave. The city should also consider additional signage to protect pedestrians who are crossing from Weatherstone Ln to Bryan Park. I have almost been hit there several times by speeding cars and trucks. This is a primary route for cyclists, pedestrians, commuting students, and dog-walkers. Pedestrians and cyclists crossing Woodlawn anywhere between Hillside and Sheridan Ave risk injury and death by vehicles speeding up and down the blind hill. This is a dangerous intersection! Is there a way to alter the grading of the street on Allen as you turn onto Bloomfield Rd? It is so steep that it is dangerous turning right or left.Drivers creep out onto Bloomfield FAR to try to make the turn. It's difficult to see and the hill is so steep that it's hard to get traction on the road to pull out. The center lane on Bloomfield is a help, but not enough. Something needs to change on Allen. We live on that corner and another accident happened today from someone making that turn. Is it possible to change the grading of the road? Can Allen be diverted to a little further East so it's not so steep? Can the actual street be raised? Would a traffic light help at that corner? Nobody likes this intersection. We've lived here 12 years and have witnessed several bad wrecks. Please consider doing something before someone is hurt.

This recently completed trail along Rogers running towards the new path on High street is in need of some maintenance along the bridge area. There are 2 ADA issues that need to be addressed: 1. Encroaching vegetation has significantly narrowed the pathway making wheelchair travel difficult. 2. Encroaching vegetation has completely covered and made the handrail inaccessible. Can the vegetation here please be trimmed back to rectify these issues? Thanks!

This tension wire is a hazard for cyclists and needs to be well lit for better visibility in the dark. Reflectors on the wire and along the bend in the path would also add to the safety. I am a 7th grade student at Jackson Creek Middle School. I ride my bike to school every day on the High St recreational path at around 7:30 am. It is dark at that time and I use lights on my bike. On Friday, Nov 5, I was biking down the hill towards this spot. I was going fast down this hill to have enough speed for the uphill right past this spot. Unfortunately, even with my bike light, the tension wire and the sudden bend in the path is hard to see in the dark. My shoulder hit the tension wire and knocked me off my bike. My bike had minor damage to the seat.

The tulip poplar planted along the S High St recreational path last autumn is showing no signs of life this spring. All of the other tulip poplars in the area are now fully leafed out. This is the last tree in the row that includes the yellowwoods north of Wimbleton St. Would love for it to be replaced this year. Thanks.
