Construction crews were here on Tuesday and Wednesday working. This morning around 930 am, our water is not running out of the taps very well and the toilet refills really slowly. Everything had been working fine up until today.
We have no water. Would like to know when our service will resume.
Thank you Kathleen for updating ticket 175079. This is a follow-up to your update. I do desire to remain anonymous on ureport system. These storm sewers have long been functionally abandoned and really do not act as "ditches" anymore. In fact some of them seem to not have an inlet. It was not so much that that I though they should be "clean out" but more like the sharp metal hazard should be addressed. The exposed tops of at least three culverts have rusted through creating what I consider "sharp rusty hazards". Replacing those culverts (or repairing the rusty sections) is what I was thinking. Or maybe rotating them 180 degrees so the rusty part is down? My concern with the cleanout solution is the neighbors might not like the excavation unless the hazards are removed. I do not think anyone is complaining about the fact the culverts might not be doing much to handle water run off. Again I just walk my dog along Dodds and that is when I spotted the harzards. I do not live at these residences. Thank you again for the consideration.

Water is not working at 1313 N Kinser Pike and the neighboring properties I've checked with so far.
No water since at least 11:45am
My neighbor John East told me that city surveyors were planning a project to renovate this storm drain system that flows from his yard in an open stream - through my yard which was tiled over at some point (I believe the city did this but cannot confirm). This system flows then into Cascades Park. There are a significant number of sunken areas along the path of this conduit in my yard - which has concerned me regarding the integrity of this pathway. I have had MUCH trouble with hydrostatic pressure along my basement foundation, and have not found a cause for this to date. Additionally, when the rain is hard enough, this system will back up into John's yard and the water will breach Skyline Dr. and flood my yard as well. I am looking for information about any plan for a project so that I can respond in time by moving perennials and manage expectations regarding disruption at the house from possible excavation and construction. This speedbump, on East 1st, between Eastside & Rose, is surrounded by potholes. The attached picture faces west. There always seems to be water standing here. It is unclear whether it is bubbling up from below the ground, or is some sort of stormwater runoff, but it seems to be eroding the street here.
There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. I am requesting someone come take a look, identify the leak, and please fix the issue. Thank you, Brittney Raderstorf
