Raised valve cover in sidewalk creating trip hazard.
broken sidewalk and missing curb
Thank you for patching the cut in the sidewalk, but now instead of a small trench it's a bump. Please patch sidewalks to be flat. (southwest corner at Southdowns/Woodlawn intersection).
An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. If someone chooses to respond to this concern by phone, please note that we have very limited office hours, but they could leave a voice message. Email is actually best. Thank you! Sidewalk raised. Weeds and grass growing
Person has been living on the curb for roughly 10 days with several carts of belongings and a dog that jumps out barking at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. While the person generally stays on the part of the curb that is not the sidewalk, this can't be permitted to take place in a safe and civil city.
Fallen limestone blocks, weeds, broken sidewalk, fallen branches, leaves, this sidewalk is a mess and the owner should at least be told to clean it up.
Please have owner contact trash collector and make them move dumpster off the sidewalk
During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? I'm happy to discuss the details. Thank you.
