Responded... Hi Nick. First of all, thanks for submitting this uReport. The more folks that say something about it, the better. Second, I know this person and his mother is actually the chair of the Council for Community Accessibility. While neither have directly complained about this issue it has been on our radar as other people have seen him try to navigate that stretch of Smith Road. So I went out and did a full survey from 3rd to 10th Streets and reported every issue along that route. Then I participated in a discussion about it with the Engineering and Planning. It's not so easy to address this one because it's very narrow and can't be widened. It would also be fairly costly to do the whole route. But we have placed it on the sidewalk priority list that was submitted to Planning departments for their next round of sidewalk construction. We won't know how that very limited budget gets spent for a while, but sure hope it includes addressing this one. So that's where we stand on it. Fingers are crossed! Greetings. Could someone please cut back the vegetation at the southwest corner of where 11th st. intercepts Fairview. It has blocked visibility from both directions and is causing a safety issue. There is also signage that is being hidden. Thank you kindly! Addendom: I am a pedestrian not a motorist. It has become unsafe for pedestrians at an intersection that is already dangerous due to motorists speeding from three directions. Thank you.

From previous complaint: Other: Several suitcases, debris, empty alcohol bottles and trash between personal residential property and city sidewalk I in fact DID give a location. I specifically said the intersection of Clarizz BLVD and East Buick Cadillac BLVD. in the "service request location" portion of the form. Case number for this incident is: 180246 Thanks I will leave the location again in the service request location for a second time. I will be more specific and say IU health? Good Grief. That's not the exact location but as close as I can give you according to your "find me" locations

Kilroys blocking sidewalk. Maybe 20” clear. This has happened multiple times before. Fine them. Let me know what happens. 4/4/24 : Added a dividing line to the sidewalk and notifed KOK staff. Nothing should cross over the line. Line will be managed by COB.

Shed on property has been built 3.5 feet from the property line instead of required 5 feet. Also lots of grass and weed overgrowth between shed and fence.
