This is a rental property. There is a large tree in the front yard that looms over surrounding properties and drops branches, leaves, and debris. Causes damage to surrounded roofs, guttering, and vehicles.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. In the northbound lane of High Street just north of Meadowbluff Ct up through Wimbleton, there are three decent-sized potholes that would likely get worse over the winter. I'm a bit surprised that the crew working on the biking/walking path didn't fix these. Last seen on 13Oct21.

Significant scattered trash east side of N Smith Road in street, just north of Morningside

It's getting worse. It's now cycling green for all three lanes of southbound traffic on Walnut when there are no cars at all. And this morning it cycled a green left turn arrow for northbound Walnut turning left onto W. Hillside with no cars there. Hadn't seen it do that for a while.
