There is a giant sinkhole on the actual road (not parking lot) behind east side Bloomingfoods on the road that connects clarizz & Kingston or whatever road it is that leads to target. It's been there for years, right in the middle of the road, and at some point someone is going to damage their car or blow a tire because you have to swerve around it to avoid it. Please, patch it up!!!
So you're doubling the width of the sidewalk from 5ft to 10ft for a recreational path. Great. But does that mean you've also doubled the amount of sidewalk I'm now responsible to clear of snow in the winter? Should I be dumping tea into Lake Monroe?
Re #175239, from March 27, 2021 Summer Writing Camp sign is still there, has not been moved. Owners have not received the courtesy letter or do not give a hoot.
Enjoyed a picnic at Griffey lake Memorial Day. Disappointed that the city couldn’t mow it for the holiday.
Racist graffiti is on the bridge in the Renwick Neighborhood Association. This bridge is now maintained by the city and it is requested that the graffitti (by the creek level) be removed as soon as possible. This incident has already been reported to police by an HOA board member.
This is located at the Southeast corner of the parking lot. This is one of several trees needing attention. We would prefer this one to be removed. Also, the broken-off trunk was from a storm damaged tree 2 years ago. Can we get that removed, or at least cut flush to ground level? We are converting these mulch beds to rock beds.
Extreme speeders within minutes of each other. White car with environment plates on Morningside then a red SUV on Park Ridge. Almost hit h group of walkers at intersection.
On Saturday, May 29, 2021, this City-owned site was producing a lot of loud construction noises after 10:30pm. The noises included audible beeping from trucks or equipment backing up and loud banging noises, possibly the sound of either dump truck tailgates slamming on the bed of the trucks or some sort of excavator hitting the ground repeatedly. City ordinances only allow construction noises up to 10pm. Can the City be a better neighbor and not produce these loud, annoying noises at such late hours of the day?
