City tree has fallen into my yard on the corner of S Zona and S Terra. I have tried to call and email Erin Hatch for since June 25th, 2021 with no answer.

Tenants moved out and left discarded furniture by the street - The have been there awhile, City sanitation has not removed them.

Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.

1203 s Lincoln. Overgrown weeds blocking sidewalk. Elderly lady on mobility scooter unable to get past as well as other pedestrians without going into the street. But those is wheelchair unable to get back onto sidewalk over curb.

The trees to the left (north) of the entrance/exit from the Animal Shelter and Recycle center on S. Walnut make it very tough to see traffic coming from the north headed south on Walnut. The speed limit there is 40mph, so cars are going 45-50mph along that stretch of road. The trees with leaves on them just about totally obscure the view of traffic coming from the north when you are trying to exit from the area. Can someone go check out the line of sight from this exit and see if the trees could be trimmed back in some way?

Information sign still directs drivers to Tibetan Monastery, even though building no longer exists.

The walk signals do not come up anymore. It is a constant red hand and there are no buttons to select a walk signal. Many pedestrians use this intersection and not having a clear signal to alert drivers is creating a dangerous condition.

Speeding remains an issue on E Morningside and has been reported by residents for years. We want City assistance. Can you have a resource officer request Summerhouse send a notice to residents to be mindful of speed? We filled out the calming petition. We're told we may finally get help with a Greenway. When is that happening? Residents are exhausted. Is there something concrete we can tell neighbors that help is coming on X date?
