Reports hang up/ don’t submit if you include a photo. They used to be an option to select the photo size, but that is no longer available. Might have something to do with photo size…
The maps linked to the neighborhood parking permit applications have illegible street names. This is true with the overall map, as well as the first letter size map I tried (for my district.) overall map link is here: https://bloomington.in.gov/gisdata/mapgallery/Parking/ResidentialNeigbhrohoodPermitZones/parkingpermitmap_zone1.pdf
while attempting to report a malfunctioning traffic light (which I subsequently did on my laptop) to Ureport on my iphone SE, the screen does not scroll down far enough (well, it does, but doesn't stay long enough to:) press "next" after typing in contact information. (looks like step 3 in process of reporting) Changing screen orientation does not solve problem.

Storm sewer grate covered with construction debris from recent road works. SW Corner of Clark and Fifth St.
Our alley way floods when there are heavy floods. The neighbors who share this alley are concerned and ask for the city to assess this situation and find a solution. Please contact me for more information. One of the neighbors has a video to share of the water flow. Thanks
On Friday April 15th, 2022 around 7:35am I was driving through the intersection of W Second Street and S Adams Street in which there was a city water access hole without the lid resulting in a popped/flat tire on my front passenger side. I was wondering if the city could reimburse me for my auto repair bill considering the cause of my flat was a city water access hole where no lid was present.

If my file attachment is too large when I submit a ureport ticket through this very interface, it fails and silently hangs with a "processing your request" message. There should instead be an alert or banner letting me know that my file was too large and that I need to resubmit with a smaller file. The only way I learned that my request had failed was by looking in my browser console.
