Trash, wood, debris,furniture laying in between 1000 and 1002 East Atwater properties. Piles of trash/discarded furniture have been on East side of property since August.

Tenants are parking in the alley that runs behind 1000 and 1002 East Atwater. This makes it difficult for their trash removal truck to get in the alley. As a result trash cans are overflowing and trash is now in the street. In the past vehicles that were parked in the alley were ticketed. Is this no longer happening?

Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.

Tree in the front of 1002 E Heather Drive, between the sidewalk and street, has died and needs to be removed. It is a very small tree, only planted a few years ago. The deer over the winter have removed most of the bark, which has killed the tree.

Leaking faucet in Bryan Park shelter along Woodlawn Ave

Grass clippings! Hazard! The southbound lane of Woodlawn along Bryan Park has grass clippings all over the right 1/3 or 1/4 of it. The park got mowed and a city employee left grass in the road. This is a danger to all the cyclists, motorcyclists, and scooter riders. Can we get that mower operator a leaf blower? This happens routinely around the park and on Sheridan and Southdowns in the multi use paths. Very careless and dangerous for the city to leave debris in the road.
