On roger street across the street from the community kitchen there is a homeless camp. There is stolen merchandise from local retailers (shopping carts), tons of trash, and feces surrounding the area bc of this camp!!!
The large tree at the corner of Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr has been seriously damaged. Looks like some truck or piece of equipment backed into the tree damaging the lower part near the roots. The tree is on city property so we assume it is the city’s responsibility to nurture its trees. Please help this tree heal.

There is some kind of water leak in the yard of the building on the corner of grant and Kirkwood. A new handicap spot was just given to the parking there, but water continuously flows down the sidewalk, which means that it turns to Ice in the winter. Not a great place to walk - especially if you are handicapped.

There was a temporary traffic sign placed in front of the property. The street construction is complete, but the sign was never removed. The sign was blown over by the wind and has become an eye sore. It would be great if the city could get that picked up...
The renters in this house continually over stack their trash and it is not taken. There is also a lot of trash scattered about the yard.
