Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers)

I have had sewage come up through our bath on our basement level 3 times in the past 7 months. It’s quite disgusting, and I can share pictures of this is you would like to see what this looks like. I have had HFI run a camera through all of my drains and I watched the video as they were doing this. There were no blockages at all; all the pipes were clear. The camera followed the drains all the way to the city sewer (5999 on the map). I have also spoken to a neighbor two doors down at 3212 S Abby Lane who has had the same thing occur multiple times. She has contacted the City too and they found a grease blockage which apparently was cleared. However, she said that there was back into her basement two weeks after that. After spending thousands with HFI and other plumbers, and out of frustration, she has purchased her own drain camera and equipment to clear out the drain should that occur again.
Since this seems to be a recurring problem on the Abby Lane side of Bentley Court, here is my question: Is it possible to have the sewer/drain system that services Bentley Court checked for blockages or waste build-up? When last was this done? What drain systems from other neighborhoods feed into this system? The sewage has to come from somewhere.
We really want to get to the bottom of this. Would you please help me? I cannot have my family live on the basement level when this type of thing keeps occurring.
Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you.

Additional camp. There is a large dog which barks when hiking in the area. Campers in park area between clear creek and the rail trail. Campers are in flood plain, which is hazardous for them. Beacon has been contacted and is unable to reach out at this time. There is a noticeable decrease of people hiking this part of the park and a decrease in wild birds in the area.

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower.
We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Gergo Szanda (765 508 9679)

Water has been shut off because of large outstanding balance. This is a rental property and the landlord refuses to address the situation and tenant is left without water. The large outstanding balance is due to a water line break.

Water/sewage is coming up into our house from the street. This happened a month or two or three ago, right after the city did some work on the main in the street (2 large spots visible in picture). A plumber confirmed both times that there is no backup between the house and the street, and he got the drain snake/declogger to go into the hole (white on the left side of the driveway/this image near the bottom of the driveway) 21 feet (I have a video, separately showing the measurements) or more both times. This time he wasn't able to get the hole unclogged in the street, so it is an urgent situation for us. We are pretty sure the guys who dug in the street to remain a main caused the issue because we never had a problem before then, and the first backup into the house was a couple of weeks after that this summer. We would like the city to come scope it and fix it ASAP please. The plumber suspects that the jackhammering and digging that the big trucks did in the street caused a partial or full collapse, given where the backup seems to be from what he can tell. Please let us know when you might be able to look at it. We have little kids and really need to be able to use water in the house. Thank you!
