Very tall grass, large branches scattered throughout the yard, weeds in the beds in excessive of 8ft tall. I’ve got a house relatively close to the area that I’m trying to rent and it’s not been dealt with in over 2 months.
Cars are blocking the sidewalk AGAIN!! This is so dangerous for me and my 3 yr old son when we are walking to the B-line. Cars are coming off of Rogers onto Coolidge and don't see us. We have to walk in the street.
why all the street lights out? Bunch of the fancy village lamp post light around down town or busted up or dont work. Idea lets put a million dollar dumb pole thing up while basic need and services go in disrepair

In reference to report #185705, this one random report is not reflective of the whole community’s views or the future of the modern workplace/workforce. Embracing hybrid and remote options is the way of the world as society was globally changed in 2020. We saw for now 3 years that this can work and does work well. One sour apple shouldn’t ruin the whole bunch. That report also showed a mentality of ‘I have it bad so others should have it bad too’. This is not inclusive, progressive behavior that we should be pushing for. Please continue to progress this city and workplace and do not revert back to outdated ways just because ‘it’s the way it’s always been done’.
There is an unsanctioned Frat House in the ULofts. The U loft apartments are constantly disrupting the neighborhood late into the night and early morning. The property is covered in trash, and they have been throwing glass bottles from the interior of the property into the neighboring units.
People are leaving the trash and recycling bins out by the curb all the time, including boxes and plastic bags filled with trash outside the bins. This is happening on N Roosevelt St, between 7th and 8th St.
TWO VERY DEEP HOLES AT THE EAST EDGE OF HIGH STREET A FEW YARDS SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF E. THESE HOLES ARE DEEP AND LARGE ENOUGH TO DESTROY A TIRE OR SUSPENTION OF A VEHICLE. LOSS OF CONTROL IS A CLEAR POSSIBILITY. THE STREET HAS RECENTLY BEEN RE-PAVED AND THE HOLES REMAIN.THEY HAVE EXISTED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. Overgrowth on the land the city took is out of control. Today I had to run homeless out of the overgrowth. I have children that live here and we always kept it mowed down but now its not ours and I don't want homeless moving in. Please take care of this asap
