This racecar track is still blocking the sidewalk and the original report--case #186097--hasn't progressed. Can you assign a different person to this case that might address this issue?

Many potholes in Hoosier Acres. Specifically at E Cameron Av and S. Christofer Dr. More specifically on S. Christofer Dr just before my driveway to back entrance to house.
Small pothole in front of driveway at 11th and Blair. Hopefully can be repaired before winter!
Dead deer hit by car on side of road
I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. Dark Intersection. Dangerous for pedestrians and bicyclists. I almost hit a bicyclist who was wearing dark clothing and no lights on bicycle. Always have to be very careful at this intersection because it is so dark at night.
Car parked on yellow curb, and partially blocking the cross walk. At W 14th street and Woodburn Ave, on W 14th st.
The city or a utility installed a new sidewalk. There are multiple pieces of rebar sticking straight up about eight inches on each side. The sidewall is marked with two orange construction cones. I presume the workers will be back at some point, but I don’t know when. Halloween brings a lot of foot traffic in this neighborhood, and I think folks may ignore the cones. It would be greatly appreciated if the rebar could be trimmed or otherwise handled before then. Thank you.
This home looks abandoned. There is garbage everywhere on the outside of the home. Also, during the past few nights there has been a pick up parked in the backyard which starts up periodically throughout the night and is very loud. A fire was continuously going as well.
