Tenant complaint: there is a white sedan parked on the street that is partially obstructing the driveway such that I won't be able to get my car out. Luckily, I am not in a huge rush, but I will need to be able to leave with my car a little later this afternoon. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Leaving a note on the windshield has not seemed to work.
Again, there are trash bags lying on the ground in view of the street and the Grant Street Inn. Also, trash in yard. Will there be fines assessed this time? Can the property owner be held liable?
Hello Joe and Street Dept. staff. We sure appreciate you adding the new strips to the speed bumps on E. Longview Ave. Unfortunately one and maybe a second have come unglued. Sorry to see it and wanted to inform you ASAP. Thanks again for the action! Steve Akers
Pitch black neighborhood along E. 7th, effecting Park Doran, Cambridge Square, Relato Apartments— impossible to see, dangerous because cars pull off of Bypass here as a short cut, and unhoused hide in bushes behind Best Buy. Any renter walking to the grocery stores after 5pm risks getting hurt by strangers and traffic. Need many streetlights along these blocks. How did you forget to add them?
Trash at N Grant at intersection with alley north of E 7th & Grant not picked up for weeks. Thanks.
There is a pine tree along Woodlawn just north of Hillside that is leaning dramatically. Seems like a risk to both the nearby power lines and the street. Thanks.
Last night, we moved our garbage bins to the curb, only to discover this morning that the recycle bin (with a yellow lid) has disappeared.
Street light at northwest corner of this interaction has been off for more than a month.
A sink hole is forming in the middle of Woodbine, roughly in front of this house. (Between this house and the one next to it.) It started a couple months ago and is rapidly getting larger and deeper.
