The meters in front of 401 w Seventh st were installed backwards. To feed the meter it should face away from the car/street just like the rest of the meters around town. When looking for a parking spot I look for meters flashing green so I can save some money. These meters are backwards - so you can’t see if it is flashing red or green

Hello, today I parked a little down the street from my work today, at Da Vinci’s Pizza and Pasta. I put 30¢ into the meter before I left my car because I was planning on being back almost immediately. A few things came up while I was at Da Vinci’s, causing me to stay a bit longer than the original plan. As I was walking towards my car, I saw the parking officer already writing this ticket. I apologize for taking a bit longer than I planned, but is there anyway in which I could appeal this ticket.

I was issued a parking ticket after selling a vehicle. It is a black kawasaki. I sold it August 17th and was issued a parking ticket for that vehicle with a date in September. I did NOT give my license plate in the transfer of the vehicle. There are two 4-way stop signs on Allendale Drive in Sherwood Oaks Subdivision. Cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles rarely come to a complete stop. A rolling stop is common but what I have noticed is also alarmingly common is vehicles that don’t even slow down. They just blow right through it. SO subdivision is a very popular neighborhood for people walking, jogging and biking. I realize the police are busy with more serious issues but it sure would be nice to occasionally have some traffic enforcement on this matter before someone gets hurt or killed.
