The trash/recycling crew left most all cans thrown off the sidewalk, into the road on their sides today. This is not normally the case, and it was absolutely NOT weather related. The trucks woke me up three times today. And then I find my trash can only half emptied, with one bag still in it. Either the trucks are malfunctioning, or someone was in a bit of a hurry to get done with the route.
This ticket was closed even though my trash was never picked up. Apparently you went to 2530 for some reason. My address is as listed 2521 N. Fritz Drive. This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. Storm drainage ditch on east side of North Ritter Street between W. Kirkwood and W. 6th Street is blocked with debris and a discarded mattress, causing localized flooding.
We have the former resident's waste receptacles on our property that we'd like to have picked up. We ordered the larger ones when we moved in. the former resident had two of the smaller ones, and they are stored outside the garage. Would you kindly schedule a pick-up for the unneeded containers?
I just read that there will be no trash & recycling pickup today with no plan to reschedule. I just want to confirm this. And a follow-up - are disposal units are full. Will it be OK to have trash bags with our disposal units next week? Thanks for your help - Kevin & Trudy Keough

Trash put out Wednesday for Thursday pick up still not picked up as of Saturday evening. Leaving it in the street until you pick it ip. It will be over flowed next week. I'm not bring 10 day old garbage into my house until next Thursday. It is not on the curb because the city plows the snow from the cul de sac into my yard which is ok because there is no other place to put it. So I don't have a curb at this time. I'd appreciated a notification if you weren't going to pick up the trash so I could have found a dumpster somewhere. Other neighbors still have their trash cans out. I presume the other gave up, or maybe theirs was picked up.
I understood about the cancelation of services last week due to the weather. Today my trash was picked up but not the recycling. I do live on a cul-de-sac in Peppergrass, but I did not see anyone else's recyle containers left out. I left for work before things were picked and got home just a little while ago. Now I have two weeks worth of recycling in my container. Can anything be done about this before next Thursday. I did put my container back in the garage. Please let me know when I can put it back out for pick up
