Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week. There is a large tree blocking a trail at the bottom of the steps off of Linda way.

On the south end of the Jackson Creek Trail off of the Sherwood Oaks Park. In the wooded part of the tail that connect to stairs and up into the neighborhood. There are very large trees that have fallen and are blocking the trail making it impassable. I came down to the trail by the stairs and was unable to pass. The stairs are in between 3831 & 3825 S. Linda’s Way. Also, the smell down there is horrible. Smells like sewage, this is new for that area. Thank you!!

S Laura Way is on a signed, much used bicycle route. Going north from S Jamie Ln it goes downhill for 0.2 miles. A bicycle going down this hill will reach a high speed at the bottom where there is a deep pothole. This road hazard could easily damage a bicycle or flip it over. It is located at 3813 S Laura Way. This pothole should be repaired.

A few weeks back I had an issue with my trash can not being emptied. I was contacted and told that it was a "new trainee" problem. Well, today's trash was not emptied fully again, so more training is clearly required. We have 3 extra people living here because of the pandemic, so I can't store trash that the city won't collect.

I live at 1202 E. Elliston Drive (green house pictured). Elliston Dr, at the northwest corner of our lot, pools with a large volume of storm water after even a little rainfall, and it does not drain we have to wait for it to evaporate. I know it's probably an undertaking but is there any way the city can fix this? Overall the corner is a high elevation but there's a shallow pool there as you can see, and no storm drain. Could a storm line be ran down to another location so it can drain away and stop causing problems with the curb basically eroding away?

This South Carolina town has produced these very inexpensive masks and are handing them out for free. They are based on IU professor and Bloomington resident Jiangmei Wu's free origami design. They can be easily assembled by the user using rubber bands and are made of paper. Something for Bloomington to think about doing. Thank you.
