There are at least 12 bags of trash behind this residence near their deck. It has been there for awhile and the citizen is worried about there becoming a problem with rats, etc....
Trash is piled up in black bags in the back yard of 102 S. Hillsdale. The neighbor stated that they do not put the trash out for pick up and that the trash has attracted mice to the neighborhood.
A citizen came in to complain about trash around 102 S. Hillsdale Dr. She stated that they let the trash build up for at least 3 weeks before it is ever taken away. She also stated that there are mice in the yard. (the Citizen left a pic of the trash - I gave it to Kevin.)
Owner of 2205 E 5th St. complains about property at 106 N. Jefferson. food and habitat for rats in backyard, adjacent properties are experiencing rat problems. they are treating for rats, but want the problem addressed completely.

Trash lining the house. Cars parked on street filled with trash and boxes. Car & van haven't moved in some time.
There is a lilac bush on the southwest corner of East 7th Street and Hillsdale Drive that blocks the line of sight as you pull off of 7th. There is also a concern that people fly through the stop sign at this intersection. The stop sign is placed a ways back from the intersection. They would also like for the City to look at a multi-way stop.
Trash at this address. This is an on going problem.
