A complaint was raised by Cheryl Underwood (Bloomington landlord) on 11/07/2011 at the Plan Commission that this structure had illegally added a fourth bedroom to each of the two units and that no enforcement action had been taken.
His rental property is 513 N Dunn and 521 is sump pumping their basement onto his property creating a mosquito-breeding pond. Jason Widen with Jeanne Walters R.E. advised him this is a natural spring under the property that they are pumping and that the city knows about it and approves. Please check into this and advise him.
