John applied for service on 9/29/00 is was approved that same day. He was told he could not tap in transmission main a seperate line was put in. John says he had to make several trips into the offcie and many phone calls before anything was done. He feels like he wasn't treated fairly and was kept informed about what was going on. The set up was put in 1/16/01 and the meter was set 3/22/01. He feels like it took to long to get everything taken care of.

However, the complaint form he left gave an address of 412 E. 2nd Street as the complaint, and it does have a current permit. He said the tenants are loud late at night and there is lots of traffic back and forth.
