I am writing about the fact that there seem to be some cars that just use the 4th street garage as a storage place for their cars. The city suffers from not enough free parking downtown and the 4th street garage seems to be the place for people to store their trucks/automobiles for covered parking. I know for a fact that there is a very large white truck on the first floor of the garage that has just been sitting there for several days and hasn't moved. I don't even know if the truck has a monthly permit, but with free parking so scarce downtown, it would be nice if people would not be able to store their cars in that garage. I have poor Ivy Tech students who can't find any free parking during class time at the Waldron Arts Center and are pretty much forced to pay and extra $100 a semester just for street parking. I would appreciate somebody getting back with me on this matter. Thanks.

You have at least 1 or maybe 2 cars parked on the yellow curb. On 14th st between college and woodburn ave. Not really urgent except for the fact it shouldn't be there. Seems to be a problem a lot. Thanks

N Forrest Ave between E Cottage Grove Ave and E 11th. Multiple cars parked here on a daily basis where it says no parking. This is supposed to be a two lane road, but is not safely wide enough for traffic going both directions with cars parked here, and there is no where to move out of the way if two cars are traveling opposite directions on this road, causing a traffic hazard.

Late model car parked in yellow zone on Maple at W 7th. Makes it impossible for two cars to go through at once. Also limits visibility for cars going North on Maple. This is also a place where a school bus turns every day. Car parks here all the time. Behind this car is a motorcycle under a tarp that has been parked for at least six months.

Across from the B-Line Heights Apartments the city has constructed a new parking lot. There is a generator powering lights for said parking lot. This generator has made it hard for the residents of the B-Line Heights Apartments to sleep at night. I myself am in a corner unit directly across from the generator and have hardly gotten any sleep in the last two weeks. I am disabled and stay at home the majority of my time so during the day I am not given much relief either except for the few mere moments when the generator is turned off.
I hate to be a bother and I understand that there is probably not anything that can be done about this, but in the off chance that it could be addressed I would forever be grateful. Maybe it could possibly be moved to a different corner of the parking lot?

Two vehicles have been abandoned for 2+ months. One is a Red/Burgundy Chrysler MiniVan and the other is Silver Saturn Outlook. Both no plates and have sat in the same spot for months. Parking is limited as it is but with abandoned vehicles constantly being left on the street its not fair to others, especially residents who live here and actually use their vehicles daily. Vehicles are located outside 1417-1413 West Illinois Court Bloomington Indiana 47404.

Very large RV with expired plates (June 2019) has been parked in front of 618 S. Lincoln for several weeks. It has been taking up a lot of space on what is a narrow roadway.

At the new parking garage being built on N. Rogers Street by the Mill, they start bringing their vehicles at 3am which wouldn’t be a big deal minus the warning sounds such as backing up and their horns. Can you please direct them as to the noise ordinance applying to construction sites before 6am? I live at the apts across the street and it wakes me up frequently at 3.

There is a large white camper parked at 1201 S Madison. Has Cougar on back of it. Plate is 72462E from Indiana. It goes against city ordinance. Here is that ordinance.

This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a class C violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c).”
