About ten "Bird" scooters are parked on the street on Grant just north of 7th. There is no scooter corral at this location, and they are blocking a parking spot for cars.

For multiple months there has been an eye-searingly bright yellow box truck with phallic graffiti parked at this address. Are commercial vehicles allowed to park for extended periods of time in residential neighborhoods?

Abandoned silver vehicle with 4 flat tires at this house on the Allen Street side of the home. Has not been moved in more than a year.

There is a downed tree ( a very large limb from a tree) and what appears to be an abandoned car at the deadend of Thornton and Troy Ct. The car has been there much longer than the downed tree limb. I am unsure if the tree is from private property or city owned property but has been down since the bad storm from the end of June....there is also a large section of fence that is down. If this is private property, I am unsure how to get ahold of the owners.

Hello: This Honda is parked nearly every evening, as well as over the weekend, on the 300 block of S Jackson. Photo attached Not sure where the person goes when they leave the car here, but they inevitably leave bags of garbage behind. This has been going on for about 6 weeks now and we are sick of cleaning up large amounts of trash. Perhaps one of the Neighborhood Resource Officers could come by and talk with her one evening? The parking garages are said to be free after 5pm on Fridays, all day Saturday, and all day Sundays; however, I parked in there yesterday (Saturday) and had to pay when I left. The gates are still closed and red so i’m assuming the same will be for today.

Both Trades District Garage and 4th Street Garage charging do not work. Several business owners from out of town visited with their EVs and could not charge their vehicles while visiting downtown Bloomington. Our next meeting is in two weeks. Can you resolve this problem? I talked to EV Connect, and they stated there is nothing wrong with the hardware and the maintenance is a policy put in place by the City.

Hilton Remodel getting tiresome. This morning one of my co-workers had to drive over carpeting to get to his parking spot. We constantly have to avoid workers and forktrucks and debris everywhere. This has gone on for months. Also now there are garbage dumpsters overflowing that we have to walk past to get into our building. This is ridiculous. We pay for parking in this garage and have been tolerant but this is getting very tiresome. I've had to pick up large staples from beside and behing my vehicle at night to keep from getting flat tires. It's time something is done and especially now that there are numerous nasty dumpsters to walk past!
