Encampment of houseless individuals taking up on public sidewalk behind tree planter every night. The area is blocked during their occupation and when they leave, copious amounts of trash, discarded belongings, syringes etc are left behind to be cleaned up by others. The public defecation that takes place is a public health hazard.

The entrance to the alley behind the yellow building off of 11th street is still covered in snow. My roommate and I have the first two parking spots attached to the yellow building (Apt A) and must use this alley to access our parking spaces. With the snow buildup, my roommate has gotten stuck trying to pull in to our parking spaces and I am scared to try to use my car, as it will surely get stuck. We would like this cleared if possible.

Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Is there a reason why Michael Stewart is not responding to all the blocked sidewalk complaints? I’ve reported a few months back and I’m getting no response. Look at all the blocked sidewalk complaints and most are all open with. I comments. If he is unable to do this, can someone else take it over? Unacceptable.
