I need my service restored
I received a water bill with 19000 gallons of use and wastewater. That seems very high. I'm hoping the utility can let me know if there is an issue going on with my water meter.
The pool at the Village at Tenth and College looks toxic and can be a safety hazard if drained.
drainage needs to be cleaned out so water can drain
Would like to know when water bill is due. I have not received any notice yet.
water was turned off for non-payment while I was out of town, subsequently received a letter that water would be turned off after July 11 if I did not pay. I paid immediately but no one available to turn on because it's a weekend, EVEN THOUGH TURNED OFF BEFORE SHUTOFF DATE??!!!?

This month the utility bill for our household is $133.67. This is almost double what we normally pay and our service consumption almost doubled as well, but we haven't changed anything out of our normal routine.

I AM TRYING TO PAY MY WATER BILL, AS IT IS DUE TODAY, AND I CANNOT FIND THE EMAIL WITH MY ACCT# ON IT; I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCT# THROUGH YOUR SITE SOMEHOW AND AM NOT ABLE TO DO THAT; HOW DO I PAY MY BILL WITHOUT THAT ACCT#?
