If one goes to your website on an iPad, and clicks on the "view full site" link, it takes you to the home page of the non-mobile site. BUT if you click on anything on that page, it takes you back to the mobile site. If your mobile site included everything that is on the regular site, that wouldn't really be a problem, but your mobile site is very difficult to use, contact information is virtually nonexistent, and if you give the option of non-mobile, then it should actually work. I have been completely unable to locate an email address for Animal Control, because it doesn't seem to be on the mobile site at all.

I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. The maps linked to the neighborhood parking permit applications have illegible street names.
