See case #186273 - tall sign in yard that has been there for six months. Being held in place by sandbags. Can even be seen on google maps. Who is responsible for removing this? Can we just sell it for scrap?

See #186397. The referred case (#186273) clearly has an address. The sign is still there. Please do something about it.

The multi use path along High Street is still not completed around the telephone/electrical pole just south of the corner with Wimbleton Ln. This unfixed part of the path continues to be unsafe 6 months after the rest of the path was completed. Is there a timeline for fixing this?

The tulip poplar planted along the S High St recreational path last autumn is showing no signs of life this spring. All of the other tulip poplars in the area are now fully leafed out. This is the last tree in the row that includes the yellowwoods north of Wimbleton St. Would love for it to be replaced this year. Thanks.

Sometime last weekend someone threw the cones that are on the High Street sidepath, where the guy wires for the telephone pole extend into the path, over the fence. A couple of them have been retrieved, but others are on private property. The cones need to be set back up. Better yet, the guy wire situation should be taken care of.

I'm very excited to see the new High Street multi path finally being developed, however I do have 2 concerns about the project.
First, access for our Sycamore Knolls neighborhood into the Jackson Creek Trail has been effectively cut off during construction, and there is really no safe way to bike to the trail with small children unless you ride on High Street. Better consideration should have been given to maintain pedestrian access after removing the existing sidewalk on High Street.
Second, it is disappointing that the trail will end at Arden. It would have been nice to see in continue north for another half mile to Marilyn/Covenanter, and connect into the existing Covenanter Greenway. That would have greatly expanding access for the Southeast side of town towards the B-Line trail utilizing this existing greenway.

This recently completed trail along Rogers running towards the new path on High street is in need of some maintenance along the bridge area. There are 2 ADA issues that need to be addressed:
1. Encroaching vegetation has significantly narrowed the pathway making wheelchair travel difficult.
2. Encroaching vegetation has completely covered and made the handrail inaccessible.
Can the vegetation here please be trimmed back to rectify these issues? Thanks!

Will Milestone sod the recently added mounds of clay they added to the edges of the amended asphalt north of Wimbleton, or do they just expect the homeowners to try to establish new seed in the fourth week of October? They haven't seeded any of their patches of added clay, yet the drainage pattern will wash all of that new "soil" away in the next few weeks of rain. They found in vitally important to sod the easement along Arden, yet completely ignored the massive easements between Arden and Rock Creek Ct - watching them wash into the gutters and creek. And the whole area around Wimbleton is a drainage nightmare. This will come back and bite the city in the behind next flood season.
Why do you hire these clowns? Are they related to Hamilton?
