When turning right from S Highland Ave onto E Hillside Drive, vegetation on the left badly blocks the view of oncoming traffic on Hillside. You have to nose your car well out into the street to be able to see to the left and verify that it is safe to turn right onto Hillside. Please have that vegetation trimmed.
sidewalk coveree in gravel and vegetation at and north of driveway for 801 N Walnut scholar's keep. west side of the street about 500 ft south of train tracks. thanks!
Need a light at Alexander, near IUCU. People don't stop properly at rush hour, not taking turns, too much traffic. TY
Resident randomly closes N/S alley to complete home project without prior permission from the city or notification.
per Case #206391, it has NOT been resolved; driving over those metal plates even at 5-10mph still poses a moderate risk to any vehicles driving over it. This is not a safe surface to drive over.
Trees/shrubs are overgrown and obscure visibility. If you're heading east on Dodds and waiting to cross Walnut, you have to pull forward until you're partially in the road in order to see if traffic is clear. This issue also exists at the intersection of Dodds & Washington (heading east) - you can't see if anyone is coming on that one-way road (or if anyone is about to cross the crosswalk) unless you pull all the way forward. This is especially dangerous because the stop sign itself is almost always obscured by a tree branch.
The amount of pedestrian traffic on Eagleson and crossing 17th is extreme. Eagleson needs speed bumps immediately. There is absolutely no reason to have cars flying down that road when so many students have to walk and cross here. Additionally, there are a number of students that must cross 17th to get to the other Greek row and they take their life in their hands every single day. There needs to be a light and a minimum of a flashing pedestrian crossing stop sign on 17th.
Cars are parking in front of 302 E 19th St. in the street along the very edge of the pavement, restricting traffic on 19th St. and obstructing the view at the intersection of Lincoln and 19th. This should be a no parking zone.
Need a traffic signal and controlled pedestrian crossing at PeteEllis and Longview.
