I live at 1009 S. Lincoln St., and running in a perpendicular line to the street from our water access, at the house edge of the sidewalk, there's a big hole. It seems to go below the sidewalk a little. I'm not sure if I should just fill it in, or if it is indicative of a larger problem that should be addressed. I'd love a little guidance from the experts! Sidewalk is blocked by overgrowth of shrubs. A great amount of pruning is needed.
Bird scooter was left in the middle of the sidewalk by someone. While walking past it, my shin scraped against it leaving a large cut on my skin.
A red Hyundai Accent has been parked in the same spot since July 2022 and is becoming a nuisance for trash pick up. With winter coming this car is in the way for snow removal.
At least two sanitary sewer cleanouts in the ROW with sewage leaking out. One is in the middle of the sidewalk at the Northeast corner of S High Street and E Arden. The other cleanout is about 50 feet North of the cleanout in the sidewalk.

Habitually wet and often smelly sidewalk on north side of Cottage Grove, midway between Lincoln to the east and 213 E. Cottage Grove to the west. Leaky sewer line (?)
There are holes in our line: one under the sidewalk, one under the street. They need to be fixed ASAP (we discovered the holes when a plumber was clearing a major clog the holes caused) and we need to know whose responsibility it is to take care of the issues under the road/sidewalk. The estimated cost of repair is incredibly high, and we're trying to find out what options/assistance might be available. Thank you for any information you can provide!
