The fruitless pear on the land between the sidewalk and street could use pruning. It is located to the left of our driveway when looking at our house. It's got some thick branches that could cause the tree trunk to split. We did not plant this tree.

The whole area in the Adam's Hill Farm Addition has blatant disregard for clearing sidewalks of snow. It is icy and dangerous for the school children within the "no bus service" walking to Summit Elementary, people walking their dogs and exercisers.

The alley behind the house has 10 inches of snow, it is impossible for some cars, including mine, to pull out of the garage and exit on the main road. Is anyone coming to sweep the alley? This is a problem for other neighbors as well.

The sidewalk on the north side of E Rogers Rd,mid-way between Spicewood ln and Sare Rd is completely obstructed by branches and bushes from adjacent properties rendering it impassable.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. I'm giving the City a $50 citation. It's been more than 24 hours since the snow stopped and the B-Line Trail along the 2nd Street Kroger is snow covered. Unacceptable. This is not the only part of the trail like this. Great work. With more snow and continued cold weather, the problem won't just go away. Grab a shovel, let's go.
