The sidewalk is broken near the corner. The part that's broken is next to a "water" line. The sidewalk could be a problem for pedestrians, especially if they may have a visual disability or be wheelchair-bound. It may also be a problem for the waterline. Thank you for your help.
Returned home late from the hospital and found water flowing across the sidewalk between our house & neighbors’, near the water shutoff & sewer cover.
Our water has randomly shut off as well as my neighbors.
After this last boiled water advisory I am having the same problem as I did after the first one that happened a couple of months ago--still after a couple of weeks my water has a brown particulate in it that coats my toilet bowl and clogs my Brita filters. Please help!
We had Weddle Plumbing out today to rod-out our main sewer line (due to slowness). He didn't find the usual root issue they normally do on our line, and when he checked the city sewer access, we found the main sewer water level unusually high (and at times stagnant). See image attached. It seems like the city's main line may also need rodding. I hope this can be serviced soon, before it affects (back up into) our line (again?).
The storm drain in front of my house clogs repeatedly. This is the storm drain on the south side of the street. Please replace the old storm drain grill with a more modern one like the one across the street. Today the water was backed up so high that it took me 5 minutes of work just to find the grill so that I could clear it.

While riding my bike on Weimer Rd.; I've noticed on two different occasions the strong smell of sewer gas. A Sewer gas smell to me means either there is effluent top side or there is an over flow into waterway. (Or I suppose something else) but there a definite issue. Exact location is post bridge on Weimer's south end heading toward Tapp Rd. It is also just past the mid point of bridge to Tapp Rd. points. Yes, I know there has been a lot of rain that contributes to these kind of issues, but being that the creek eventually "dumps" into Monroe Reservoir ( our drinking water) Thank you for looking into this. Water is flowing down the sidewalk for no obvious reason on the north side of East Third just east of Clark St. It's near a maintenance hole cover (under which I can hear water running). No recent rain, and the snow all melted days ago.
Hot water was scheduled to turn on August 11th. It is the 13th and we still do not have hot water.
